Mayflower is the lake town of Lake Conway, and its boat population is pontoons at docks in numbers nowhere else in the metro matches. Dock-kept pontoons live the hardest vinyl life there is: uncovered through July, furniture baking above aluminum decks that reflect light back up, and every seam cycling through heat, dew and ultraviolet daily. Layback seats and helm chairs here simply age faster than the same furniture trailered and garaged.
The renovation reset the town’s clock. With the lake refilled and the fishery rebuilding, shoreline owners are putting money back into boats that idled through the project, and furniture leads the list because it is what family and guests actually touch. Our dock-side model was built for this: pattern at the dock, sew at the bench and return finished pieces without the pontoon ever leaving its lift.
Piece-by-piece pricing matters most here. A pontoon set holds eight or more separately wearing pieces, the sun side always dies first and the published per-piece lines mean a Mayflower owner replaces the four pieces that failed rather than financing a showroom set.
Check the bases before the vinyl
Pontoon furniture bases rot before anyone looks at them. The rotomolded plastic bases survive, but furniture built on wood frames drinks water at the deck line, and new vinyl stapled to soft wood is money wasted. Every Mayflower quote includes a base check, and when frames are gone we say so and price rebuilt bases honestly, because upholstery over rot is the trade’s oldest bad habit.
The shoreline, dock by dock
Around Mayflower the calls come from the Lake Conway docks, the Highway 89 lake road, the Palarm Creek side, the shoreline neighborhoods, covering ZIP 72106. If your boat lives near those, odds are the van has patterned seats within sight of it.

Lake Conway pontoon questions
Can you redo my pontoon seats right at my dock?
Yes, that is the core of what we do. Patterning happens at your dock, the sewing happens at the bench and the finished pieces come back and get fitted on the lift. Dock-kept pontoons on Lake Conway are the boats this service was designed around.
Only the sunny-side seats are cracked. Can I do half the set?
Absolutely, and you should. Sun-side-first wear is the normal pontoon pattern, the published per-piece prices exist for exactly this and matching new vinyl to the surviving pieces is part of the job. Nobody should buy eight seats because four died.
What is the best month to book pontoon furniture work?
October through February, honestly. The winter discount is published, the queue is short and the boat misses zero lake days. Spring booking works too; it just shares the calendar with everyone who waited.
